The IMCAS World Congress 2025 (International Master Course on Aging Science 2025, hereinafter IMCAS 2025), recognized as the largest academic event in the field of medical aesthetics, grandly opened on January 30 in Paris, France.

This annual event brings together dermatology, plastic surgery, and aging science experts to share the latest insights in medical aesthetics. More than 350 companies are showcasing their latest products and technologies this year, and over 900 speakers are delivering lectures.

In particular, Merz Aesthetics (hereinafter Merz), as an official sponsor of IMCAS 2025, hosted a special media event prior to the opening and unveiled the findings of its global study for the first time, conducted as part of its flagship campaign, "Confidence to Be."

The "Confidence to Be" campaign is Merz's flagship initiative. It aims to reshape societal perceptions of standardized beauty and empower consumers to embrace their most authentic selves while leading better and more fulfilling lives.

Bob Rhatigan, CEO of Merz Aesthetics, attended the event in person and delivered the opening address, marking the beginning of the congress.
