Privacy policy — K-Health Media Health Kyunghyang Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) explains personal data processing for K-Health Media (https://khealthmedia.com).
1. Purposes and current features
We process the minimum personal data needed to respond to enquiries, corrections and rights requests, manage partner profiles and provide a stable site. Public pages currently have no registration, payments, bookings, newsletter subscription, comments or enquiry submission form. New features will receive appropriate privacy information and consent procedures before introduction.
2. Information and collection methods
Email enquiries: the sender’s email address, name and reply details voluntarily supplied, message content and attachments. Messages go to the Company’s mail service when sent; the site does not automatically collect them for JovisAI. Partner operations: contact names and business details supplied during listing management, and material requested for publication. Personally identifying contact details are published only after confirming a lawful basis for provision and disclosure. Technical requests: servers or hosting services may process IP addresses, requested URLs and times, browser information and error records. Medical records, national identity numbers and payment data are not required by this service. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in enquiries.
3. Legal grounds
Enquiries and requests are processed only as needed to carry out the requested task and on grounds permitted by applicable law. Consent or another lawful ground is verified for personal contact information in public partner listings. Where consent is needed, the purpose, information, duration and refusal options are explained separately. Reading a policy does not constitute consent.
4. Retention
Personal data is deleted without undue delay after its purpose is fulfilled. Any lawful retention required by legislation or necessary for an ongoing rights request or dispute is managed separately with its basis and duration.
5. Deletion
When a purpose or retention period ends, we check which records can be deleted and whether lawful preservation is required. Electronic records are removed using methods that make recovery difficult; paper records, if any, are securely destroyed. Backups are removed according to the established deletion cycle.
6. Disclosure and article systems
There is currently no feature automatically sending readers’ personal data to JovisAI or listed partners. If disclosure is needed, recipients, purposes, data and retention will be explained and appropriate legal procedures followed. Valid requests required by law are handled within their lawful scope.
7. Service providers and infrastructure
The news site is delivered through Cloudflare. Where personal data processing is outsourced, we disclose the service providers and their tasks and apply contractual safeguards and supervision.
8. International transfers
Global hosting, mail or external resources may involve overseas processing. Where transfers actually occur, this policy and any required separate notices will identify data, countries, timing and methods, recipients and contacts, purposes and retention, legal grounds, and refusal methods and consequences. Separate consent is obtained where required for international transfers.
9. Cookies and external resources
Advertising tracking cookies and analytics tools are not currently implemented for public news reading. Cookies can be removed or blocked in browser settings. Opening a page containing external images or banners can send IP and browser-related information to the resource provider even without clicking. A provider’s own policy applies after visiting its external link.
10. Individual rights
Individuals and authorized representatives may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent. We use proportionate identity checks and respond within the procedures and times required by law. If a request is restricted, we explain the reason and available remedies. Additional rights under a user’s local law will be assessed where applicable.
11. Security and children
To protect personal data, we apply least-privilege access, secure communications, administrative controls, security updates and retention and deletion management, with verification in the actual environment. There is currently no child account feature or separate collection of children’s data. Required guardian verification and consent procedures will be established if such processing is introduced.
