Dr. Oh Chang-Keun of OZ Dermatology presented his clinical research results on skin regeneration and anti-aging using the needle-free laser microjet injector 'Mirajet' at the ‘AMWC-Japan 2024,' held in Tokyo from the 7th to the 8th, receiving high praise from Japanese dermatologists and medical professionals.
AMWC-Japan is a large-scale academic conference that shares the latest trends and technologies in aesthetic medicine across Asia and globally. It is part of Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Medicine World Congress (AMWC) series. This year's event brought together over 2,000 aesthetic medicine professionals from Asia and local Japanese practitioners, fostering active discussions on dermatology and anti-aging technologies.
At the conference, Dr. Oh Chang-Keun presented the latest clinical cases of skin regeneration and anti-aging treatments using Mirajet, attracting significant interest in Japan.
Mirajet, developed by JSK Biomed as the world's first needlefree laser microjet drug delivery device, uses laser pulses instead of needles to administer medications to the skin precisely. Since entering the Japanese market in 2023, Mirajet has steadily expanded its customer base and solidified its presence in the Japanese aesthetic medicine industry. The device has been praised locally for its technological advancements and safety, enhancing the global reputation of K-Medical.
Dr. Oh stated, "Mirajet minimizes pain, resulting in high patient satisfaction and natural-looking outcomes, which align well with the preferences of Japanese clients. This conference made me realize my strong interest in K-Beauty and K-Medical." Approximately 150 attendees gathered for his presentation, with some audience members even seated on the hallway floor, reflecting the high level of interest.
A representative from JSK Biomed commented, "The enthusiastic response to Mirajet at AMWC-Japan increases our optimism for growth in the Japanese market. Through Mirajet, we aim to further expand K-Medical's reach in the global aesthetic medicine industry."
