
■European sports elite visit Olympic Park for hands-on experience
The Korea Sports Promotion Foundation (KSPO) announced on May 29 that approximately 40 graduate students and officials from AMOSand ESBS—Europe's largest sports business education institutions, headquartered in France and Spain respectively—were invited to Olympic Parkto explore South Korea's sports welfare administration system and innovative fitness model.
■National Fitness 100 : A public health model going global
At the heart of the visit was South Korea's flagship public fitness program, National Fitness 100. The delegation received a comprehensive introduction to the program and toured the KSPO Songpacenter, where they experienced firsthand the country's public-sector physical fitness management model—a system designed to assess and improve citizens' fitness levels through nationwide infrastructure.
■Where sports meets art: A unique cultural experience
The itinerary extended beyond fitness facilities. Visitors explored the exhibition "Picture Books Come Alive!"at the Seoul Olympic Museum of Art (Soma), guided by a curator. The experience highlighted South Korea's distinctive approach to integrating sports and the arts within its public cultural and athletic institutions.
■Strengthening global sports networks
The visit was organized to introduce Korea's innovative sports model to the next generation of sports management leaders in Europe and to strengthen global sports networking. A KSPO official stated: "We hope this visit served as an opportunity for Europe's future sports leaders to recognize the excellence of KSPO's infrastructure and the National Fitness 100 program. We will continue our efforts to promote South Korea's sports infrastructure on the global stage."
